Reading has always been my thing and, even though YouTube how-to videos can be so helpful, I still turn to books; albeit in various forms – audiobooks, ebooks and even good old fashioned paperbacks and hard cover books; to pick up new ideas, skills and inspiration.

I’ve gotten so much out of Marianne Williamson’s books, lectures and courses. This book is especially helpful for anyone that is struggling with the idea of making a profit versus providing for others.

Wayne W. Dyer
Another person who has been a great inspiration to me and another book that helps build confidence and mindset for bringing abundance into all areas of your life.
Think and Grow Rich
Although originally published in 1937, this book tops most lists of important business books. I find the down to earth tone and step by step methods to be the key to success in reaching my business goals.
The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results

The concepts in this book, helped me to correct the majority of the problems I had around productivity. I realized a few years ago that multitasking was actually bad for productivity, but this book teaches you how to set your priorities and focus on “the ONE thing you can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary”.
The 5 Second Rule: Transform your Life, Work, and Confidence with Everyday Courage
You may see a trend here — another straight talking, productivity boosting book. Mel Robbins life hack came about when she was having trouble getting out of bed one cold New England morning. The rest is now history.
